Helpful Review: I had this printer as a gift (along with a new computer) a few years ago, Lexmark the first time on the market. Well, last week finally dead! After years of pressure, thousands of stickers, postcards, photos, postcards and more records document, I must say, RIP Lexmark little. And I did a good service. I had no problems until now, none. I have no regrets to use the printer (and use daily) in the last 8 + years and someone would buy to support the needsa simple, no frills machine. Read more helpful reviews

This Lexmark 1100 Color JetPrinter is a high-resolution inkjet printer for home and small office use. It prints in both color and monochrome at a sharp 600 dpi resolution. This single-head thermal inkjet printer puts out 3.5 pages per minute (ppm) for black text and 1.5 ppm for color.This desktop printer is designed for small spaces, as it is only 16 cm deep and uses a vertical paper feed. It has a 30-sheet input tray, and accepts manually fed envelopes, labels, index cards and transparencies. It also prints continuous banners for signs or decorations. The 1100 Color JetPrinter uses one ink cartridge for both color and black printing. Cartridge replacement is a simple snap in/snap out procedure, whether using color, black or waterproof black ink cartridges. Lexmark spent much time and money to force customers to buy their grossly overpriced ink, and you forgot to build a good printer. The cartridges are cleaned weekly, or their spines. The source paper is a piece of garbage. The online service is of no help. There is a reason to give it away with these printers, complete systems.
